Under the thread, a Victorian packing cloth that was used for storing threads.
The box is an original white 1960's Linblomman, used for storing linen threads called The Flax Flower, "best linen yarn for embroidery".
White treasure box #5 also includes a little gift, "ILLWA Slingerväxthållare Patent Nr 119718", small metal hooks to hold vine/twiner plants, recently bought in a Swedish antique store just outside Gothenburg. The back of the little envelope describes how to fasten the hooks on a wall with the words "like this!" and "not like this!" together with arrows and drawings.
